Louis Sharp leaves PREMA before the end of the 2026 Formula 3 season

PREMA have released a statement to their social media to announce that the team and Louis Sharp have jointly agreed to not finish the remaining rounds of the Formula 3 season together. They say this is to allow Sharpe to focus fully on his 2027 commitments

Louis has added that this is not the end for him and he hopes to bring news soon. As of right now we do not know what these 2027 commitments may be.

Sharp also added this message to his Instagram story

Sharp joined PREMA for the 2026 F3 season but he has had a challenging year. In terms of results. He currently sits in 17^th, and with championship contention no longer realistic it seems he has turned his sights onto the future.

The team have not yet confirmed who will replace him for the remainder of the Formula 3 season.
